Midmod works with many partners to offer unique, high-quality products. Processing times and delivery methods may vary for each item. 

Delivery information

  • Delivery times and costs
    • The dispatch time and delivery cost are determined individually by each partner and are shown for every product in the “Delivery” section.
    • Before placing your order, please read the delivery information carefully to ensure you have a complete understanding of the processing times and costs.
  • Separate shipments
    • If your order includes items from different partners, you will receive the products in separate shipments. Each partner ships their products independently, which may result in different delivery times.
  • Delivery costs
    • The delivery fee is added to the item price and is shown in the cart and on the order page. We ensure full transparency regarding costs before you complete your purchase.
    • Delivery is paid for by the customer unless the product page states that delivery is free. In that case, the delivery cost is covered by the seller.
  • No fixed delivery price
    • Some items may not have a fixed delivery price. In such cases, the product page will include a request to contact Midmod to determine the delivery cost. Please send your enquiry to [email protected]
    • Our team will help estimate the delivery cost based on your location and the specifics of the product.

Order cancellation and delivery costs

  • Before dispatch
    • Full refund: The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund without incurring shipping costs, provided that the seller has not yet shipped the item.
  • After dispatch
    • Delivery costs are non-refundable: If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, you will not receive a refund for the delivery cost.
    • Returning the item: You may return the item in accordance with our returns policy; however, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
