Returns and Cancellations
At Midmod, we put customer satisfaction first, which is why we make every effort to ensure that the items presented meet your expectations. The actual condition of each item is always described in detail and shown in the photographs.
Right of Withdrawal
If, for any reason, you decide to return the purchased item, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827).
- Return Procedure: If you decide to return the purchased item, please notify us by email. In response, we will provide the address to which the order should be sent. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refunds: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of the date on which we receive the undamaged item.
- Delivery Costs: The cost of delivery to the customer will be refunded. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to the warehouse.
Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund without incurring shipping costs, provided that the seller has not yet dispatched the item. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damage in Transit
If the item was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately by sending a message to [email protected] with photographs of the damage. We will contact you promptly to resolve the issue—either by repairing the damage or issuing a refund.
- If returned goods are delivered damaged, Midmod may be unable to issue a refund, and the goods will be returned to the customer.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order items, including items whose upholstery has been selected by the customer.
