That is how long we wait for your payment. If it does not arrive, the order will be cancelled and the item will go back on sale.
Invoice
Buying for your business? Enter your company details and tax ID (NIP / VAT number) at checkout — we will issue an invoice.
Some items are sold under the VAT margin scheme for second-hand goods (Article 120 of the Polish VAT Act). On such invoices VAT is not shown separately, so it cannot be deducted. All other items are sold with standard 23% VAT. If you need to deduct VAT, ask us before you buy — we will check how a specific item is sold.
Questions
How long do I have to pay by bank transfer?
72 hours from placing your order. After that, an unpaid order will be cancelled and the item will go back on sale.
Which account should I transfer the money to?
We show the account number on your order summary and in the confirmation email. It is always an account held in the currency of your order — PLN, EUR or GBP.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. Our pieces are one of a kind, so we only accept payment in advance — this way nobody can buy “your” item before it reaches you.
My online payment failed. What now?
Your order is waiting for payment — you can retry from the link in the email or in My account. If the problem persists, contact us.
Can I deduct VAT?
It depends on the item. For items sold under the VAT margin scheme — no, because VAT is not shown on the invoice. For items sold with 23% VAT — yes. Contact us before you buy and we will check the specific item.
