The GFM 300-221 armchair was manufactured at the Gościcińska Fabryka Mebli (GFM) in the 1960s.
Gościcińska Fabryka Mebli was one of the finest furniture factories in the Polish People’s Republic (PRL). The factory fulfilled orders for Western European companies, including IKEA. It specialized in producing beech wood furniture and was known for the high quality of its products. This model features a comfortable seat set on cigar-shaped legs made of beech wood. New gray upholstery fabric was selected for this model, with decorative piping (welt cord) running along the edges.
