Pair of MP 97 armchairs in green genuine leather and jatobá wood, designed by Percival Lafer for MOVEIS LAFER, Brazil, 1970s.

The armchairs are in original condition and have undergone only partial restoration. The original leather has been partially reattached in several critical areas. The armchair frames have been glued and the wood lightly finished, preserving their original character. The screws and distinctive aluminium washers have been replaced with new ones.
The armchairs bear aluminium labels on both pieces. An iconic example of Brazilian design.
