Desk Lamp, designed by Josef Hurka, Lidokov, 1970s

A table lamp designed by Josef Hurka, manufactured by Lidokov in the 1970s – an example of functional Czechoslovak design, displaying the aesthetic characteristics that developed after Expo 58, often referred to as the “Brusel” style.
The adjustable shade height makes it possible to direct the light beam precisely, enhancing its usefulness both as a desk lamp and as accent lighting.
The piece has been preserved in original technical condition, without modern alterations, which is significant from a collector’s perspective.
