A pair of GFM-142 armchairs designed by Edmund Homa and manufactured at the Gościcińska Furniture Factory in the 1960s.
The GFM-142 is a club chair characterised by its low, deep seat and deep backrest. As with the smaller GFM-64 model, also designed by Edmund Homa, the chair frame is made of solid beech and consists of turned legs, rails beneath the seat, a straight rail supporting the backrest, and long, carefully contoured armrests. The seat has been upholstered in new light blue fabric.
