The bowl from the Vision series, designed by Göran Wärff for the renowned Kosta Boda glassworks, is an example of a considered, artistic approach to form and colour in post-war Scandinavian glass. The design was created in the spirit of modern design of the 1960s and 1970s, combining functionality with sculptural expression.

The bowl is made of high-quality crystal glass, formed by hand using the sommerso technique. This involves embedding layers of coloured glass in a clear glass body, creating fluid transitions between shades of green and blue in this case. The organic, almost fluid form of the bowl emphasises the depth of the colour and the refractions of light, which change depending on the viewing angle.
