Two porcelain bookends, made in France in the Art Deco style of the 1930s.
The figurines depict stylised birds (probably sparrows) with rounded forms, set on geometric, solid bases typical of the Art Deco style.
They are covered in a glossy pink glaze with shaded details fading into black.
