Denice Zetterquist lived from 1929 to 2014. She was a Swedish painter, draughtswoman and graphic artist. She was born in Sweden but grew up in New York. After returning to Sweden, she studied in Gothenburg. She held many solo exhibitions. Her work comprises colourful landscape painting, still life and non-figurative painting, executed using drawing, printmaking, textile and enamel techniques. Together with her husband, she received the Arvika Municipality Cultural Award.
The work is in original vintage condition. The frame shows minor signs of use.
