Claus Bertil Lundberg lived from 1922 to 2000. He was a Swedish-Danish printmaker and teacher. He studied painting and worked nights as a chemical printer at the Skånska Dagbladet daily newspaper, preparing photographic plates. He was a member of the Imaginists group. He held his first exhibition at the Imaginist Colibri gallery in Malmö in 1954. He was the founder of Forum Grafiskolan in Malmö, where he also lectured from 1964 to 1994.

The work is in original condition. The frame shows minor signs of use.
