This Danish desk from the 1960s, manufactured by Domino Møbler, represents a typical approach to the design of functional furniture in the spirit of Scandinavian Modern. Its simple, logical construction is based on a symmetrical layout: modules with three drawers are positioned on either side, while the central legroom is clearly defined, improving ergonomics and giving the overall form a lighter character.

The desk is made from teak veneer combined with solid wood elements. During this period, teak was one of the primary materials used in Danish furniture design, valued for its durability and stability, as well as its characteristic warm tone and pronounced grain.
