Minimalist leather chair, Italy, 1980s
A heavy and solid yet elegant chair manufactured in Italy in the 1980s. The chair has a chrome-plated steel frame in the shape of an X, onto which black genuine leather has been stretched. This impeccably constructed chair is a postmodern interpretation of classic mid-century modern style.
The chair is in original vintage condition, with visible scuffing, creasing and cracking to the leather. It has a natural patina. The seat is 38 cm high.
