Round Hollywood Regency wall mirror in a brass frame, 1970s

Description

Elegant, round wall mirror with a decorative, twisted frame made of brass or brass-plated metal. The mirror was designed in the distinctive Hollywood Regency style with Mid-Century Modern elements and most likely dates from the 1970s.

The richly moulded, spiral-decorated frame gives the mirror a unique character and makes it a perfect fit for both classic and modern interiors. It is an eye-catching decorative feature that also serves as a functional furnishing element.

Condition: good. The frame presents very well, with natural signs of wear appropriate to its age. The mirror surface has one clearly visible scratch approximately 33 cm long, running almost through the centre of the mirror. This flaw is reflected in the price and visible in the photographs. Despite this, the mirror still makes an impressive wall decoration.
