Description
Three-seater sofa Borkum designed by Johan Bertil Häggström for IKEA, Sweden, dating from the 1970s.
It has a chromed steel frame and upholstery in a fabric resembling plush velvet in a sand colour.
The original black fabric has been preserved on the chromed frame.
The sofa has been reupholstered.
The armrests were slightly modified by the upholsterer.
Signs of patina and light wear consistent with its age and use are visible.
