Description
Vintage extendable dining table, Model 54, designed by G. Omann, Denmark, 1960s
A beautiful Model 54 dining table designed by G. Omann, manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s by the Omann Jun Møbelfabrik furniture factory.
The table is finished in beautifully figured teak veneer. It features elegant solid teak legs and two leaves that cleverly tuck away beneath the tabletop, eliminating the need for additional storage space.
When closed, it comfortably seats 6 people, while the two leaves extend the tabletop to over 250 cm, accommodating up to 10 people.
High-quality craftsmanship, joinery, and detailing highlight the distinctive character of Danish mid-century design.
The tabletops have undergone a comprehensive restoration and, in the final stage, were protected with a hardwax oil resistant to stains and water.
The remaining elements received light cosmetic treatment, as they require no further work.
The table presents beautifully and is ready to be styled in an interior.
Additional dimensions: Frame height from the floor: 61.2 cm | 2 leaves, 54 cm each, allowing the table to extend to 2 lengths: 199 cm | 253 cm.
