Pair of Vintage Lamps, Czechoslovakia, 1970s

An original pair of vintage/modernist table lamps, produced in Czechoslovakia. A striking, sculptural design based on a cone-shaped aluminium spring and large decorative spherical bulbs.

Important note:
The glass elements visible in the photographs are NOT shades.
They are large contemporary spherical bulbs, approximately 12 cm in diameter.

one lamp in a lighter/silvery shade
the other in a warmer/golden shade
(the differences result from the production process and the natural ageing of the material – they are not defects)
