Vintage glass and brass chandelier, Deknudt, Belgium, 1970s

Description

Impressive vintage chandelier from the 1970s, made by the Belgian company Deknudt, known for its high-quality decorative lighting from the second half of the 20th century.
The structure is made of brass-plated metal, with decorative curved arms in a floral, slightly Art Nouveau style characteristic of 1970s aesthetics. The light sources are arranged around a central stem and covered with frosted, moulded glass shades shaped like stylised shells or flowers.
The chandelier provides warm, diffused light, ideal for a living room, dining room or grand entrance hall. Its form combines decorative appeal with solid European industrial craftsmanship.
The piece is in very good condition, complete and fully functional. It shows only minor signs of use appropriate to its age, with no damage to the glass.
The chandelier has 12 bulbs, 5 of which are burnt out and require replacement.
The shades will be removed for transport.
