Milorad Bata Mihailović lived from 1923 to 2011. He was a Serbian painter. He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Arts in Belgrade. He was one of the young Serbian painters who founded the artistic commune Zadarska grupa. In 1952, he moved to Paris with his wife, Ljubinka Jovanović. He lived and worked alternately in Belgrade and Paris. He was one of the first representatives of Serbian postmodern art. He painted landscapes, still lifes, portraits, self-portraits and interiors. Since 1947, when Mihailović first exhibited his work in Belgrade, he participated in approximately one hundred group exhibitions on every continent.
The work is in original vintage condition.
