Glazed vase, Europe, 19th century
Original antique vessel made of red earthenware, probably from Europe and dating from the late 19th or early 20th century, c. 1880–1920.
The vessel has a characteristic bulbous shape with a narrow neck and a wide, flaring spout. The upper part is covered with dark brown, glossy glaze, while most of the body retains the natural colour of the red clay. Traces of hand-turning and natural surface irregularities are visible, highlighting the utilitarian and artisanal character of the piece.

This type of pottery was used in households as a vessel for storing liquids or food. The exact original purpose of this particular piece is unknown.
The item retains its authentic, aged surface with numerous signs of use, scuffing, and natural changes to the glaze. It has no modern elements or later decoration.
