The three-seater “Kaminstolen” sofa was designed in the 1950s by the Norwegian design duo Frederik Kayser and Adolf Relling and manufactured by Arnestad Bruk. The sofa frame is made of teak and has undergone professional and meticulous restoration, involving the removal of the old finish, staining, and application of a lacquer finish. The restoration was carried out by a talented and experienced cabinetmaker with over 20 years of experience. The seat and back cushions have been newly upholstered in beige and powder pink fabric made from recycled wool. Thanks to these treatments, the sofa looks stunning and will serve its new owner for many years without concern about damage or deterioration through everyday use.
