Rosewood shelving unit with glass shelves, Denmark, 1960s

Tall shelving unit produced in Denmark in the 1960s. Made from fine rosewood. Its dark tone pairs perfectly with the rich grain. The unit has four height-adjustable shelves. Behind sliding decorative glass doors is a cabinet compartment. The interior contains two shelves—one of them black—as well as small mirrors with decorated geometric surfaces. The piece stands on short metal legs. An elegant and timeless form, high-quality materials and functionality are hallmarks of Danish mid-century design.

The shelving unit is preserved in its original vintage condition. It has minor age-related marks and a natural patina.
