Sideboard designed by Rajmund Hałas, Jarocińskie Fabryki Mebli, PRL, 1960s
The sideboard was designed by Rajmund Teofil Hałas and manufactured by Jarocińskie Fabryki Mebli in Poland in the 1960s.
The sideboard consists of a solid carcass covered in walnut veneer and features 5 deep drawers with solid beechwood handles, as well as a pair of doors behind which are 3 removable shelves.
The legs and the structure supporting the carcass are made of beechwood.
There is a subtle veneer discolouration on the top, visible in the photographs.
