Frans Minnaert lived from 1929 to 2011. He was a Belgian painter. He studied at the Aalst Academy and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. He was the founding teacher and director of the Academy of Visual Arts in Anderlecht. He received many international awards. Minnaert’s works can be found at the Satin-Guidon metro station in Brussels.
Simili Japon is an ideal paper for lithographic printing. Thanks to its luminous ivory-white colour, it has a very delicate and smooth surface on which the finest details can be printed.
The artwork is in original vintage condition. The frame has minor signs of use.
