NAFA Type 504 floor lamp, Nybro Armaturfabrik, Sweden, 1970s

A rare NAFA Type 504 floor lamp manufactured by the Swedish lighting maker Nybro Armaturfabrik in the 1970s. It is made of chrome-plated steel, while the large, domed shade is crafted from white acrylic finished with a silver trim. Acrylic creates pleasant, evenly diffused light. The pull-cord switch is finished with a metal ball. This lamp will not only illuminate an interior but also serve as a distinctive decorative element, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Nybro Armaturfabrik is a Swedish lighting manufacturer specialising in the production of floor lamps. The company was founded in 1948 and operated until 2004.
