Pair of glass coffee tables, Italy, 1960s

The pair of glass coffee tables was made in Italy in the 1960s. The upper glass top is transparent, while the lower glass top is mirrored. The base consists of a hand-bent frame in a gold finish. The tables differ slightly in size. The set is in the Hollywood Regency, style, characterized by the bold use of contrasts, often with metallic and glass accents. Thanks to their striking form, the tables will work perfectly as a focal point in an interior, ideally capturing the spirit of Hollywood’s Golden Age of the 1930s and embodying the principle there is no such a thing like a more glam!

The tables are in original vintage condition. They have minor scratches consistent with their age and slight losses. Dimensions of the second table: height 52 cm| width 69 cm| depth 56 cm|
