Set of two tables designed by Albert Larsson for the Swedish furniture manufacturer Alberts Tibro in the 1960s. This is an excellent example of Scandinavian design combining functionality with aesthetics. The tables are finished in teak, particularly valued for its warm tone, durability and beautiful natural grain pattern. The tabletops are slightly rounded at the edges, giving them a subtle appearance. Thanks to their minimalist design and gently tapered legs, the set looks very light and elegant. The tables can be used as an occasional set beside a sofa, as bedside tables or as separate decorative elements in an interior.

Alberts Tibro was a Swedish furniture manufacturer founded by designer Albert Larsson, which operated during the 1950s and 1960s in the town of Tibro, the centre of Swedish woodworking craftsmanship. The company became one of the pillars of Scandinavian design and the Mid-Century Modern style. Its hallmark was a lightness of form, functionality and the use of fine materials, primarily warm teak and rosewood, often combined with brass details.

The brand’s most important and recognisable product became the so-called Albertsbordet (Alberts table). It was a minimalist, three-part coffee table on distinctive tapered, three-legged bases (tripods). This piece of furniture achieved iconic design status not only because of its elegant geometric form, but also because of its innovative marketing—it was sold flat-packed in cartons with a handle, allowing customers to transport it home independently and conveniently. In addition to its flagship tables, the manufacturer also produced luxury chests of drawers, TV cabinets and occasional tables with distinctive woven shelves.

The tables have been preserved in their original vintage condition. They show minor signs of use associated with age. There are light scratches on the tabletop.
