Mieczysław Wasilewski was a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He studied poster design under Henryk Tomaszewski, designed stamps, cards and envelopes, and collaborated with numerous publishers and cultural institutions.
The poster has been preserved in good condition.
