A modular sofa or set of four independent armchairs produced by the German manufacturer Klöber during the postmodern era. Klöber is an international manufacturer of high-quality furniture designed to the highest ergonomic standards. The armchairs are upholstered entirely in high-quality black genuine leather. The seat and backrest are formed by a loosely placed cushion. The minimalist base is made of chromed steel.

The Klöber brand was founded in 1935 out of a desire to promote healthy sitting. It was established by Margarete Klöber. Unconventional thinking is part of Klöber’s DNA. With her bold approach, Margarete entered the furniture market and founded a healthy chair factory at the age of just 25. Thanks to a clever marketing strategy and a good understanding of consumer needs, she developed her vision of ergonomic seating. She created the famous Polstergleich office chair – an innovative and dynamic product that is now considered iconic. The chair featured four springs attached directly beneath the seat. The success of this model marked the beginning of a success story that has lasted for 85 years, as well as the beginning of the Klöber brand. To this day, the manufacturer has remained true to Margarete’s spirit. It continues to develop and produce innovative seating solutions for an ever-changing market. The set has been preserved in its original vintage condition. It bears minor signs of age in the form of small scuffs and deposits on the metal. Overall, it presents very well. The seat height is 39 cm. A single module measures 77 cm in height | 62 cm in width | 80 cm in depth.
