Scandinavian Lowboard, Denmark, 1960s/70s
Beautiful low sideboard produced in Denmark in the 1960s/70s. Finished in dark rosewood veneer with exceptionally well-selected grain visible on virtually every surface, along with attractive solid-wood handles and front edging.
The entire piece rests on a sturdy black metal base.
A highly capacious and well-proportioned piece that appears visually light despite its dimensions.

The sideboard underwent a complete restoration and was finally protected with several coats of hardwax oil resistant to water and stains.
It looks beautiful in the photographs, but even better in person.
