Vintage teak desk, Denmark, 1960s/70s
A neat little desk made in Denmark in the 1960s/70s. Finished with teak veneer and solid beech legs.
It has three drawers and beautiful handles made of solid wood, characteristic of Danish design.
An additional drawer beneath the desktop is lockable with a key. It is a practical, well-proportioned size.
The back of the desk is nicely finished, allowing it to be used as a freestanding piece.
The desk has undergone a complete restoration: the old finishes were removed, it was lightly stained to even out the colour, and finally protected with several coats of hardwax oil resistant to water and dirt.
