Description

A pair of lounge chairs manufactured in Denmark in the 1960s. Wide and comfortable, they reflect Scandinavian design from the Mid-Century Modern era. They have been reupholstered in grey felt fabric. The seat and back cushions are loose. The geometric frame is made of light oak, finished in a natural tone. In addition, the armrests are sculpted outward, enhancing comfort and making the chairs not only visually appealing but also very comfortable. In form, the chairs reference the famous Model 400, designed by Hans Olsen in the 1960s.

The chairs are in very good vintage condition. The upholstery has been restored. One of the chairs has a trace of a repaired armrest. The seat height is 41 cm.

The colours of products shown in the photographs may differ slightly from the actual colours. This is due to individual monitor settings and the type of lighting – the photographs were taken in artificial light, which may affect how the shades are perceived. We nevertheless strive to ensure that the photographs represent the actual appearance of the product as faithfully as possible. The listing may include photographs of the item in an interior setting. These are for illustrative purposes only.
