The latest edition of our series was created for us by Angelika Fedorczuk — an interior designer and founder of the JASNO projekty studio. In her work, she combines architecture with experience gained in the world of art.

She designs residential interiors and furnishings. She enjoys creating furniture that is simple, solid and intuitive to use — pieces that, over time, become a natural part of the home.

She designs spaces that are functional, calm and tailored to the everyday needs of their users. Her design process always begins with a thoughtful conversation — about habits, daily life, what the client does upon waking and what they dislike about their current home. With a background spanning interior architecture and art history, she sees form and meaning as inseparable. Every project should have a purpose — it should be a place for living, not merely a collection of furniture.

In my work, I really like to get to know the person I will be working with. I like to understand their daily rhythm, rituals, how they spend their free time and their routines. I believe that a home should serve the person, not the other way around. To me, a home is also a place for storing and creating memories, which is why it is so important that there is always space for family mementos and timeless vintage pieces.

Her interiors stand out for their sense of proportion, natural materials and attention to detail. Atmosphere is the most important element for her — she likes to create spaces that are calm, warm and cosy.

I like combining old elements with new ones. I enjoy pairing classic, timeless pieces with current trends (although I try to introduce those mainly through easily replaceable accessories). I am inspired by people and their stories, as well as by travel and fashion.

In her private life, she is a lover of art, sad songs, rabbits and afternoon naps.

Angelika has chosen objects that create an atmosphere and remain beautiful over time. They are pieces that mature alongside the home. Discover her selection below.
